Early arrival and late departure
Should you request to have your room available early on the day of your arrival we suggest that you reserve the previous night as well.  Similarly on the day of your departure.  Should you need your room until late in the day you may stay as long as you need if you reserve an additional night.  We are happy to store your luggage in case you wish not to take advantage of either option.

 

Garanteed reservations and deposits
To reserve a room we kindly ask you to provide a valid credit card that is in your name. During certain time periods that may include conventions, high season or when booking special packages we may ask to prepay your reservation.

 

Cancellations / No-shows / Changes to the reservation
Cancellations are without charge if we can sucessfully re-sell the room. There might be payable up to 100% of the Total. Changes to an existing reservation are without charge.

We do strongly recommend an insurance for Hotelcancellations.

Families / Young Guests

Our young guests that are less than 12 years old and stay in the room of their parents or legal guardians, will do so without charge.  Teenagers that stay in their own separate room will receive a 50% discount on the room rate of the category that was booked.
