Being an appointed Eurotoques-Chef it is my highest mission for you, my guests, to feel comfortable and trust the meals you consume. I pledge to provide ingredients which:

• are not manipulated
• do not contain any artificial ingredients, i.e. by feeding
• were not chemically sprayed to maximize harvest
• are not chemically treated to extend expiration dates
• do not contain artificial taste or aroma stimuli
• do not contain artificial falvor enhancements (i.e. Glutamat, etc.) and/or artificial stabilizers

All ingredients are not genetically manipulated. Even the products such as meat, eggs or milk come from animals that are organically fed.
